Good evening gang! Just pulling off my hunting gear, swamp boots, gauntlets and marsh-gas mask......ahh, that's better! Now to tip this little blighter into the Cauldron of Doom.....there you go, freeby, another contribution to the total! Which makes 2 NSDs from the Chateau Nargle stable, just 13 to go.....will I do it? Well, being at work all this weekend should add another couple, then there will be opportunities next week as well, so it's looking good.

    Good evening folks:),

It was another lovely day in NI with the sun making a guest appearance again:T. I hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend. I am declaring NSDs 3 & 4 for Wednesday & Thursday:). No NSD today though, as I did some shopping.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

Well done on the giving up smoking, marmite - there are some pretty stupid ways of squandering money, and I have to say shoving a bunch of dead leaves in your mouth and setting fire to them has to be one of the stupidest of all. As someone who has in her life seen six family members die as a result of smoking, I have great respect for anyone who has the guts and the strength of mind to kick this stupid habit. I just feel so sad when I see young people in the street lighting up. I think "You stupid fools! Do you realise what damage you are doing to the rest of your life?" You may have spent that money on other things, marmite, but you have claimed back several years of life by kicking the habit, and that is worth more than gold.

Anyway, get of the soapbox, Nargle, a cup of tea awaits your attention....

Thamks nargle.Cigarettes must be one of the worst things ever invented.I'm sorry that it's taken such a toll on your family.

    Hi all

Bit of a late starter but I wondered if I could join in with you this month or if it's too late? I need to start behaving myself as I seem to have fallen into a trap of dropping into the supermarket 3-4 times per week as well as making little random spends here and there. I'd like to try for 12 NSD's this month. I have managed 3 so far which is positive stuff, but I need a bit of encouragement! I'll join in next month if not.... :D

Marmite, this is amazing stuff. :T:T:TWell done you. Thought you might like to see the non-monetary benefits of quitting so long ago as well..
