*gulp* here goes! My first attempt! Can I go for 7 NSD please? I don't want to go too easy on myself first time round but don't want to set an unrealistic target! I CAN DO THIS

But I'm going to have a little think about tweaking my rules as I'm still throwing away too much food (due to buying bread and fresh fruit and veg on days I spend on other stuff, rather than as I need it / when I know what I actually fancy).
