NSD 3 captured today In fact it was even better than no spend as I got some refunds credited to my cc today. I bought more than I needed for my upcoming events and returned what I didn't need. So 3/16

Would like to join in with this challenge please, as my plan is to have as many NSDs as possible each month - aiming for 15 to start with, hope this isn't too extreme after spending far too much nearly every day and getting into real trouble..

Well poo to today! I had a spendy one and a weird one!

Had a tonne to do at work today but we also had a marketing campaign launch day which was attended by the countries tallest man at 7'7" he was rather towering! Obviously got a photo with him :D

Then I went to a friends after work to borrow her bike to give me something healthy to do on my NSD's and ended up going on a gorgeous walk around the forest with her dog! Before I knew it, it was 9pm and I hadn't eaten so my NSD intention went out the window and I bought a ready meal :( was super tasty though! I should add, I don't eat ready meals so it was quite a treat :o

Going to watch the hangover tomorrow with a friend so that'll be spendy too! High hopes for the end of the week though!

Well done to all of you that captured one today!

I have a confession to make....i don't think yesterday was a NSD after all, I placed an online order and forgot about it :o:o meant to use it as a swap out for something I'd already bought but had arrived damaged but there's another item I like in it which I might keep :o:o BUT today would have been a NSD so I'm not going to declare that to even it out :A

On the upside, our fence is now painted :j took longer than it would have done had plants not been in situ etc but looks really smart even if I do say so myself. One final panel behind the shed I might do when I have some spare time (prob about 2015 then :rotfl:) but that should be easier as no plants. Not quite sure I will have enough paint though, used more of the 2.5l than expected, so I might a) have to water it down a teeny bit, b) buy yet another 2.5l  did I mention I'm also thinking of doing the shed (but in clear) to preserve the wood - but shhhhh, haven't mentioned that to OH yet :rotfl:

Hope you've all had a good Tue - Hump day tomorrow, and technically Friday for me as i'm off the rest of the week :j

    :hello:

    Hi all xxx

Have just posted a really long reply and lost it by pressing the wrong button

Basically it was that not only was it an NSD it was a REAL NSD as I managed to find a free parking space so didn't even spend the money 'enveloped' for today:D:D So that makes 2

Also after a rubbish team meeting and being late out of work because I knew I would be coming on here I didn't go and spend the money on chocolate or some other rubbish and justify it by saying' I would have spent it anyway' so a big THANK YOU to you all :iloveyou:

Wow Hamb- that is a very tall person

Kerri- Well done on the fence and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week off :)

    Nite all

    :hello:

DFD Need to August 2027 :(

There's lots of good news from the Candlewick house tonight ........ (for a change :D!!)

I am officially back to work on Thursday which I am nervously looking forward to but now the sun is out I could manage another week off :D isn't that always the way?

All my d / ds have gone out yesterday and today so have a clear run for a few days.

My no smoking quit calculator has hit the £1,000 savings mark (it currently stands at £1,071.98) :D:D - we divorced 6 months ago, he obviously doesn't realise it because he still tries to woe me from time to time but my guard is always up!
