Vauxhall?

No brainer really. Brand New Zafira for £9999 (if you have a Vauxhall already and Partner status). Lifetime Warranty until 100,000 miles. Cheap peace of mind motoring if you keep it long term. What other 7 seater can you buy for that price!.
Exactly! I got myself a vauxhall code reader type thing as well, so can do my own diagnostics too. Cost about £30 from Ebay, and saves about £75 each time I want a diagnostic done!0 -
Vauxhall code reader? Is that the same as a OBD II scanner?Exactly! I got myself a vauxhall code reader type thing as well, so can do my own diagnostics too. Cost about £30 from Ebay, and saves about £75 each time I want a diagnostic done!
I got one from Amazon for £7 and it brings up any engine codes.0 -
Alas no current vauxhall and no partner status, so it's 10700 for me

I don't need a 7 seater, it's the load carrying space and price that appeals

We have an 07 plate zafria 1.6. Currently got 64k on it but we don't do big miles. Had it 3 year put about 15k on it. Not missed a beat. Does lots of short journeys have done a couple of long European runs in it and as others have said its no rocket ship but a steady works horse. Could do with 6 gear or lower revving as does scream a bit at 70-80. But for the price we paid you can't beat it. We intend to run it into the ground before replacing.0

No, it does report on engine codes - but it's a vauxhall specific one that also allows different options to be programmed, keys programmed and synced, different diagnostic tests performed etc - canny piece of stuff like.0 -

Ah I testdrove a Zafira today. What a slug round town, there's no acceleration - my i10 knocks it into a cocked hat.
On the other hand it is so cleverly designed - huuuuge boot space wit the seats folded!0 -
I don't have a Vauxhall but I do a lot of motorway miles.
I am left standing by a seemingly endless parade of Zafiras, all firmly in Lane 3 showing utter determination to overtake every other car on the road.
They maybe gutless in town but on a motorway, nobody can come near them.0 -
Sounds interesting, do you have an ebay number for it, might get one.No, it does report on engine codes - but it's a vauxhall specific one that also allows different options to be programmed, keys programmed and synced, different diagnostic tests performed etc - canny piece of stuff like.0 -

Trouble is,you say you want it for transporting stuff-imagine how underpowered it is fully loaded,1.6 is just too small for this size vehicle.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.
Got a huge Buzz out of it.0
