Wig, it's not you, I'm on ntl and use IE and the problem began immediately after one of the recent changes to the website. There were many people posting about the same thing at the time. As I said, despite clearing the cache as the mods advised I still was unable to navigate the site, so now I log on through Firefox. There were some helpful people who advised me and others through that.

Redux has given a useful and knowledgable reply, but I suggest you try the techie board, I've posted on there many times and I've never had the juvenile type responses you've had from some on here:wall: (trolls, maybe); the guys over there are experts and are happy to help.
