Renegotiate Virgin Media deal

I have been with Virgin media for roughly 2 years now and am looking for a new deal. Reason being, I want the price down a bit!
Does anyone have an email address from someone at VM that I can contact?
I can only ever contact the call centre at the weekend, and I would prefer to not spend my weekend on the phone!
I currently have 60mb net, XL TV with a Tivo box, L Phone with Sky Sports and an extra v+ box and just now I pay around £105 a month. What type of deal can I get this down to?

Really depends what you want from your deal. I just got mine down to £36 including line rental because I took away all channels, moved BB down to 30mb and removed phone packages (I have a mobile with minutes) so it is possible just have to decide what you feel is important in a package first.
As for a contact I don't have any other number to the standard one, but I only ever go to the "if you're thinking of leaving us" option - they have better deals to offer and can possibly save you on your monthly bill as you require
Try that department and say well sky have offered me "x for y a month - if you can match it i'd of course be tempted to stay"0 -
You should 100% call. It means you're able to haggle more effectively for the best deal. Really, if you haggle you could get huge discounts - threaten to leave and make sure you're put through to the retention department.
I wouldn't ask them to "match" and offer, as apposed to "we're leaving. What are you going to do to make me stay?". I've read some people getting as much as 50% off their package.0
