onestopphoneshop cashback question

Hi everyone,

Although I have been viewing this fantastic board for a while now, this is the first time I have registered and posted.

On 15th May 2007 I got a phone from the osps, the contract was for 12 months with O2 and it was on a 12 monthis free (via cashback) deal at £30 per month.

When I put my phone number in the cashback calculator on osps's site it states I need to claim on 4 occasions at months 6, 8, 10 and 12. On my sales invoice it states that I need to claim on five ocassions but does not say when.

Can anyone help please???

Thanks
Rothers

thats probably because your first cashback is an auto cashback.. that you should receive within 90 days of you starting the contract (15 august in your case). OSPS are notorious for not sending this within the timeframe... you have to nudge them and sometimes threaten with legal action (but only after the 90 days).

Check your invoice and it should be written there.
    ummm...

You took out a 'price match' deal, which OSPS tries to mirror the claim procedure for CoolNewMobile or whoever they try to price match.
So in your case, the cashback calculator doesn't apply. Go back to OSPS's website, click on the deal you bought for claim details.

Check your price match T&C's although these will probably be:

1st bill after 120 days (from connection)
    1st bill after 180 days
    1st bill after 240 days
    1st bill after 300 days
    1st bill after 360 days

then use calculator to work out what this will be:
