Canon cameras cashback offer is back

Ferris, I posted a filled out Canon cash back form, and (reluctantly) the original invoice that arrived with the camera (the day after I ordered it!).

well i went with the order confirmation email the form seemed to specifically ask for. i suspect that might have been a mistake then... :S

According to another forum the last batches of cheques are being sent out now, so you should get yours soon.

I sent it off on the 1st June.

for all those who missed out in May, it looks like this offer could well be back in some form later this month. in the latest issue of a photography magazine i subscribe to, there is an advert from parkcameras offering £50 cashback from canon on all A570IS cameras purchased between 23rd-28th august (which is the bank holiday weekend again, i think?). the advert lists the camera for £109.99 after cashback.

whether this applies to the other cameras featured last time, i have no idea. there is no mention as yet on the canon website, or the parkcameras website.

so just a heads up really!
