Another good coupon shop last night. £43.65 down to £26.93 at Mr Ts (a 38% saving).
One of my star buys was this: http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=276796061 half price at the moment, so £5 instead of the usual £10, but I used the two Fairy dishwasher coupons on SSM to get £1.50 x2 off, so £2 for a product that's usually £10

Don't most places usually have a one coupon per item policy? Or is it different at Mr. T's?0 -

They're not actually the same coupon, they're two different coupons that work on the same product.
Have a look on the SSM website for these two Fairy coupons. You can use both together (well mine worked last night anyway!), as they have different barcodes.

Using money off coupons on various items when you shop to reduce your shopping bill
You should have a read of the blog post at the start of the thread by the OP, it explains what couponing is and how to get really good at it0 -

If you have the 20% off coupon from WHSmith, you can buy this paper cheaper at WhSmith. Saving even more money.0 -

Actually they are two different coupons for two different products. One is for Fairy Apple Orchard & Citrus Grove tablets and the other is for All In One tablets. It says so in big letters just below the amount off. It also says "Valid against the exact product only".
You should not have attempted to use both coupons for one product. In fact you should not have attempted to use either of the coupons as you did not buy any of the products they were meant for, you bought "Fairy Auto Dishwasher Clean And Fresh Apple 36'S"
Or is the official MSE policy now "Break the rules if you can get away with it"?0 -
Had a good time in Boots today with a few coupons. Got total down from £34.37 to just £3.24, and as I still had some money left on a giftcard from Christmas, it didn't really cost me anything
To do this, I had a coupon for a free changing bag (worth £30.63), and one for 50p off a pack of nappies. Also had a coupon for 10 points per £1 whenever baby things are purchased, which has now been activated on my advantage card0
