Alternative to baked beans?

Twice a week I give my veggie children a breakfast of sausages,baked beans, mushrooms and toast.They do not like eggs or grilled tomatoes. However, they are getting fed up of baked beans.I would like to make something similar as they need liquid to stop the meal being too dry. I make refried beans but they would be too…

You could also try other veg baked in a similar way - small courgettes or aubergines could be nice, or a bit of roasted squash.

Sounds like your kids will be eating all sorts of interesting things in the next few weeks.
