is this ok to do?
I had purchased an unlock code for my phone from a legitimate website. Included in the email which had my unlocking code (which was successful) had a link to get a refund for what you paid if you recorded the process of unlocking the phone and uploaded it to youtube and then sent the youtube link to their email. you had to include things like the name of their company in the title and a link to their website etc.
I'm all for doing this if I can get my money back but can I get into trouble by posting something n youtube thats advertising their business??

It's fine.
If you're really worried about it not being OK, you can set you video to 'unlisted' which means people can only see it by being given a link to the video, it doesn't show up in the listings.0
