chequeback with e2save...
Options
I have a 12 month contract on virgin through e2save. My 6 month bill has just been delivered and im going to send it on to e2save for the chequeback, so i just want to check i have everything right.
I have the top two sheets of the 6 month bill(i'm going to send photocopies, do i need to copy both sides?) And i have the voucher. I'm going to send it recorded delivery. Is there anything else i should be doing?
Thanks!

Hi I just did that a couple of weeks ago (also 12 month with virgin/e2save). Because I opted for online billing, when I printed mine, they are by default one sided, so, to be sure, i decided to send the entire bill rather than the first 2 (or 4?) pages. I attached the signed voucher and also a copy of a previous e-mail I got from them confirming the bill I have to send + a copy of my cashback calendar. I sent everything Special delivery rather than recorded 9more expensive but more chance to be actually signed for?). I received a text confirming reception 3 days later, and another one confirming my application has been successful 6 days later. Hope this help
