Evening all

I posted this question over on the concert board but its so quiet over there I thought I would try here as there's prob lots of folks her with teens.who are mad about 1D!

I bought tickets yest morn via the telephone from ticketmaster for 1D in dublin

The agent said the email attachment would be with me for 2pm yest, it still hasn't come, I have phone and they have checked all the details, ref no.etc, and can tell me I have a valid booking, but still no email

I have sent off an email via their "ask a question" page on the website, but I got an auto reply saying they will answer in 24hrs

Has anyone else bought tickets yest and have or have not got their tickets via email yet?

Tried there too, still haven't got it near 48hours later, thanks tho, I will keep checking.

I haven't either through see tickets however when I clicked on 'list of recent orders' it showed both one direction and my Glastonbury tickets. I reckon their servers went into overdrive with so many booking and maybe there's more of a delay. I had the same worry as you though initially

I got tickets for my youngest daughter, but it was online and I did get email confirmation very quickly.
It was a massive sell out, so maybe give it another day, or could you check your bank balance to see if money has been taken out?

I can appreciate how busy they were, it was manic! I think it would have made more sense tho not to release all the tickets on the same day, maybe Ireland one day, London a dif day, etc. Ahh well.

Quick update, ticketmaster have just told me it can take up to 72hours to get the tickets via email, so I have to wait to this time expires, if I still haven't got them by then I have to get back in touch and they will resend email,

I got my daughters tickets for the Sunday night in Dublin, although I also got them online and I had email confirmation right away. Hope the email comes through soon.

Got them, they come via email with the message saying sorry for the delay, we held off sending emails with tickets to fone customers as the server was already so slow..
