I've truncated your post, as it's not just roundabouts. This is colloquially known as "BMW Syndrome", as it seems indicators are optional extras on BMW cars.0 -

I have an Audi and ALWAYS use my indicators correctly.
It also has an "auto engine cutoff" so if I am sat in traffic, in neutral, the engine turns itself off, and restarts when I press the clutch pedal..

I live near an Indian takeaway and the only problems I have are people being inconsiderate when they go to collect their food. Some people park across my drive, or even try to park in my private parking (which does have a sign), or park on the pavement outside my window with their engine running.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
