Scamps so pleased you feel a little better. I knew it was those 1 p chocs:cool:
Great to hear all your dieting stories. Don't forget to get drinking that water today. Pour yourself a pint glass and keep sipping it this morning. It will sharp disappear. Then fill yourself another for this afternoon and then another for this evening. It can be easy if you break it down.
Well done to QoC, Funky, Mimi et al for all the positive words of encouragement. You are a great bunch:)
Right with all of that out of the way .....can someone tell me how to get the RSH vouchers without having to buy the Sun. It was a bit like the M word. I picked a copy up, stroked it, even looked at the voucher but couldn't for the life of me bring myself to pay 60p for it:)
Oh yes............and finally......aau.... Can I please borrow you for a day to check out all my local T's:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Afternoon all!
I have some BM and PP confirmations for you, done today
L'Oreal Youth code Lumiere Serum 30ml (white & silver packaging) - not the one Fuzzgun posted about before but a different one, £24.99 in Sains compares to £15 in A's. I gambled on it as they didn't have the other Youth Code in the black & pink box.
Also the £15.49 Gillette Proglide Power Silver Touch Razor in T's compares perfectly to the £5 one in A's. Not sure if this was confirmed as working or not but worked for me today. If you can't find the £15.49 one, there is a manual version of the silver touch razor for £9.99 that compares to S at £4.99 and A at £5.00. Also confirmed today!;)
And new today I believe, the Venus Olay Gillette ladies razor in the gold box that's £10.99 in T's will compare on PP to the new A's price of £4.00! :T:T:T It's also £10.99 in Sainsbob but I haven't bought it there, all things being equal it "should" give a BM of £6.99 too but don't forget you need to spend £20 to get the BM.

Good morning everyone!
Yesterday I bought in lidl a huge and I mean huge watermelon for £2.99. I would say its about 7-8 kg. anyway I think it would be good for 5:2 as it is only 30 calories per 100g and your tummy feels full.

Slim Noodles advertised in a magazine. ONLY 8 calories:T:j:T
Says Japans best kept diet secret - great taste (well they would say that)
and add your favourite flavouring.
Available at Holland & Barrett and Ocado
Might be worth a try for fast days especially
I use the slim noodles 8 calories per 200g in a stir fry on a fasting day. I really like them managed to get a good deal on KGB the other week. I have also got the slim pasta which I think is 14 calories per 200g but i don't like the texture. I add to a 200 calorie pot of soup from Mr S or Mr T and it is manageable xxxNow on the 5:2 diet.
