    I use the Astonish carpet cleaner in my vax machine and it really is amazing I have cream carpets:cool: and kids:eek: I get it from home bargains for 89p:D
    On the diet I'm doing SW already and contemplating mixing it with the 5:2 I wonder how it would go:)
