Good morning Elite. Seem to be doing a bit of skipping this morning!

Cloudy out there but still mild, is this the story of our summers now?

Net curtains in wash, amazing how dirty they get, soaked them overnight to try to get rid of the worst of it and the colour of the water was :eek::eek:

    Good morning everyone. :D
I've been a mega lurker/skipper recently as I've been sooooo busy since we got back from holiday and RL has chucked a lot at me.
Car failed mot, so carless for a week.
Got car back :j complete with slow puncture.
    Broke tooth = dentist.
Oven on 2 year old cooker packed up. Thankfully I've got cover with BG, so cooker replaced free of charge as it was under 3 years old.:D:j
Transit van fire outside my house, at midnight, and both my boy's cars parked beside it, one each side. Next door neighbour was outside watching it burn when I got outside, and despite knowing the boy's cars were parked beside it didn't bother to knock to tell us.:mad::mad:. (several very unflattering, rude names to call him come to mind.) It was pure chance I was still up. Everyone else was asleep and I was deleting emails, looked up and saw an orange glow through my front window. Thankfully we managed to move both cars, but not before DS1's bumper and wing mirror were melted. If it had happened a week earlier while we were still away we would have lost both cars, cos my boys sleep like the dead.

Anyway things seem to have quietened down now, so DH has sorted some pics for you all. I'll post a couple in another post.

Loving the 5:2 info. I've been doing SW, but may join in. Wondered if I could combine the two? Any thoughts on this anyone?
Funkyfeet, I notice you said you have been doing 5:2 for 8 months. How much have you lost in that time?
I checked the book on Amazon, and the paperback is £4.49, and the Kindle version is £2.36 today if that helps anyone.
Off to sort out pics now.
Hugs to everyone in need, and an extra big one for logie, Hope the treatment goes well for you hun.
