Night all those going to bed.
I think I'm doing my own version of the 5:2
One of my days is a Sunday as I'll probably get up at lunchtime after working the night shift so will have breakfast and be due in work by 4pm. I'm usually in bed by midnight that night so I figure 500 calories that day is a doddle.
The other day I'm splitting over Friday and Saturday as I'm working both nights once it hits 8pm Friday for the whole weekend I don't have much of a chance to eat or snack, I'll be having breakfast and small sandwich lunch at home and at work I have just a small bowl of chips mid way through my 10 hours shift, I spend the entire night on my feet anyway so it's plenty of exercise
Just not sure I'll cope on my weeks offHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

TS- I said super noodles as they have 3% fat, available in 3 flavours and have 152, 153 and 154 cals per portion, if I remember correctly.
The main aim for 'fast days' is to eat lowest calorie (and fats if you can) foods. So eating the lowest fat noodles would be best on this day. You could always eat a smaller portion of the sp ones, along with some salad or sumat:)
Hello all:wave:
Hello Dotty Dear:D I did see you post saying ello, you ikkle bug-ga, you were here and gone before even saying ello to moi yesterday:eek: how could ya, naughty step for u:p:D
Right, hope we are all getting the grasp of how to survive a fast day.
I've drank 1.5litres of water already today:j in prep of me first (well first mse fat club 5;2 day) day on 17th.
I would like to say thanks to everyone, supporting each other on here. We are going to glide through this and we will all be skinny before we know it:D
Please no one take offence, but I'd like to say, I am going to post just here regarding anything 5;2 and all the other bilge I usually do.
Anyone please free to copy any 5;2 info over to any groups, fb groups, support groups you have created, Happy for you all to use info anywhere you will like to:) I'll just post here to keep it simple, that's all.
Sugar free jelly made with grapes and pineapple - any flavour, a firm favourite of mine, in fact, keeps me going on a 5;2 day I feel.
I've been following this thread through its last twenty incarnations or regenerations and I've only just twigged that lots of posters are on the same diet (this 5:2 business).
I could lose a few pounds.
