wow, similar to my calorie division plan for Monday too. I'll write up my plan and post before tomorrow, if i have the time:)

Good to hear that it still works if you split into 3 meals FF. I'm going to try it the way the book says to start with as looks like I can eat something more substantial in one go. I don't really want to go down the road of artificial sweetners and additives, for snacking as I have not long given up diet drinks. And like you we have real butter etc usually. :)

I eat dinner before 8pm each day and then breakfast isn't until about 8.30-9am the following day.

DM insists we eat at 6pm and then nothing until breakfast which is at 8am. Unfortunately, I am not like her and cannot go without food for so long and that's when the crisps and junk food come out, roughly at about 11pm! :o

Good evening everybody, I hope you have all had a good day.

    Welcome babyplum,

I managed to defrost the other freezer, so I went on whoopsie spree.

It's so lovely knowing I have one full empty freezer waiting for me at home, needless to say I good whoopsie run.

I also got some bread to start packing the old freezer out before I fill it again.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

OMG! We could have a "crisp and junk food in bed eatathon" before our 5:2 diet starts. How about it? See you in a bit. I'm off to Spar to get loads of junk. :D

Think the night shifts are going to be busy next week, hope Dotty, DM, aau1 and artha will be on hand to provide something instead of the calories we will all be craving. :rotfl:

tweets- Nooooooooooooooooooo! I am sky+'ing it! You lil spoiler!:p

    Just joking, watching now:)

TSis- I am sceptical about eating things of no nutritional value.

On non, 5;2 days=fast days, I am quite a strange eater as such, nothing refined, no sweetners, only unrefined organic sugar, raw churned butter not marg and cut up my salad, no bagged salads, veggies. No ready meals. I try to eat as close to 'natural' food I can get, unrefined, naturally produced. On fast fast days, that goes out the window and I'm eating fat free yogs(with aspartame) and jelly with sweeteners too!

have a read of this- http://www.nutritionist-resource.org.uk/blog/2013/02/20/is-new-slim-rice-as-healthy-as-it-sounds/ I personally wouldn't buy these, but up to each individual, of course.
