TS- I said super noodles as they have 3% fat, available in 3 flavours and have 152, 153 and 154 cals per portion, if I remember correctly.

The main aim for 'fast days' is to eat lowest calorie (and fats if you can) foods. So eating the lowest fat noodles would be best on this day. You could always eat a smaller portion of the sp ones, along with some salad or sumat:)

    Hello all:wave:

Hello Dotty Dear:D I did see you post saying ello, you ikkle bug-ga, you were here and gone before even saying ello to moi yesterday:eek: how could ya, naughty step for u:p:D

Right, hope we are all getting the grasp of how to survive a fast day.

I've drank 1.5litres of water already today:j in prep of me first (well first mse fat club 5;2 day) day on 17th.

I would like to say thanks to everyone, supporting each other on here. We are going to glide through this and we will all be skinny before we know it:D

Please no one take offence, but I'd like to say, I am going to post just here regarding anything 5;2 and all the other bilge I usually do.

Anyone please free to copy any 5;2 info over to any groups, fb groups, support groups you have created, Happy for you all to use info anywhere you will like to:) I'll just post here to keep it simple, that's all.

Sugar free jelly made with grapes and pineapple - any flavour, a firm favourite of mine, in fact, keeps me going on a 5;2 day I feel.
    ello to you ;)

But you can do that TSis, just on 5 days out of 7 a week:) So don't you feel guilty. The 5;2 diet will still work for ya x x

Breakfast is usually toast and yoghurt or porridge. The Toby brekkie seemed very naughty (but nice) but I don't think I could eat it every day :D

Slim Noodles advertised in a magazine. ONLY 8 calories.

Ooooo thanks TS. Now that sounds lovely.

Has anyone actually done the 5:2 diet? Could I have the above for my lunch maybe with a bit of salt and vinegar and a couple of cups of herbal tea? There probably aren't any hard and fast rules but I don't want to cheat so to speak. The thought of going lunchless is a bit much for me!

I think part of why the diet works mimi is that you do deprive yourself and miss a meal too. I'm not looking forward to that. :(

All the menus in the book are just for breakfast and dinner.

But surely 8 calories is not going to be classed as a meal is it? I'm just making excuses now aren't I? LOL.

I must let my work colleagues know about my diet in case I keel over due to hunger pangs.

You don't need to miss meals as long as you stay under500/600 calories a day.
