Long time daily reader/lurker here. I have been hooked to this thread since the days of the HC saga but never quite got round to posting. In fact, thinking about it, I have never posted on any forum ever so this is a new territory for me!

So what has made me take the plunge? I would like to join the Elite 5:2 Fast Diet Club. I watched the Horizon programme and was really interested but didn't take any action.:o

My weight has slowly crept up in the last couple of years since I became a SAHM and I have been quite blase about it. I feel unfit and think about taking action, but I get easily distracted and always have a good excuse.:o

I found Funky Feet's post really inspirational and am loving the idea of group motivation. I really need a good kick up the bum to get going and am hoping this will be it for me.

So, if nobody minds, I would like to be member #30 of the 5:2 Fast Club.:)

Scamps... As you are marooned, do you think you can spend every waking hour on the Internet searching for glitches.

You need someone to get you a laptop or some thing.

We are desperate and need your help. Don't disappoint the Elite in their hour of need.
