I was just going to say, I know it's meant to be 500 calories on the fast days but if someone thinks they may struggle, you could always up it to 750 or 1000 on the fast days.

I think the limit of 500 calories twice a week is primarily there for losing weight but also to get you to make some choices and stick by them. There is not much point doing if you are going to keep moving the goalpost. So you'll do battle in your head - are you going to choose that chocolate bar and wipe out most of your allowance or are you going to have X,Y and Z knowing that it will satisfy and not lead to further cravings? You won't make the wrong decision twice….

Next question that you might ask yourself is "do you really want it?" "Why do you want it?" Which can be good but it can go to far.

Hunger is often mistaken for thirst so best try a glass of water first.

Personally, I wouldn't touch any diet coke, coke zero type drinks - although they say 1 calorie or whatever - I have read a few people's experience of where they have gave up such drinks and lost weight…..

I'd recommend interval training as well :)

Standing up burns more calories than sitting down - so get off your !!!! as often as possible.

Stay focused - You can do this :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I did mention this earlier as I have read about it too. Most of my weight gain has been since I started drinking diet drinks. I always drank full sugar versions before and thought the diet drinks would help. :o

Anyone looking for the cheapie Thermos mercuy travel mugs (Tesco), there are two lots of barcodes knocking about. Look for barcode ending 8697 and just further down from the barcode is a white sticker with 120711. These scan at £1.63. There are some with a different barcode and different code on the white sticker and these scan at the full price of £6.50.
