Good morning everyone, i've been doing the 5:2 for a couple of months now and i can vouch for it being the easiest diet ever, i've lost over a stone, slowly but steadily and i don't feel as though i've missed out on anything as i can have what i like on my non fast days. Good luck to everyone who is joining in on here and with all the support you get it will be a breeze.

Getting ready to go for a quick cuppa at baby group then the MIL is coming over to have the boys whilst I go for my planning CT scan. At least things are moving quickly.

My other friend had her baby :beer: A lovely little boy Recent events have put the whole 'no more babies' situation well into perspective Shall enjoy newborn cuddles without the sleepless nights
