My diet starts each Monday morning and finishes by lunchtime. LOL.

I tried to be really good last night. I had no crisps in my boudoir nor did I have any sweets. However, when I woke up this morning there were 3 empty crisp packets and lots of Vimto chew sweet wrappers. :(:o:(

Who was it? Who sneaked into my boudoir last night and disposed of their litter there? How rather very dare they! Or was I sleep walking and eating again?

Mine normally starts at around 7am and is out the window by 2pm DAILY :o

I have gained 3 stone in the last 12 months. Summats gotta give and it's not my bank balance!

I'm in the process of reading the book and have told misery guts that on my fasting days he has to eat something egg based for his dinner. I won't eat anything egg based so that makes it a bit easier for me

    Evening all.
    Hope every ones ok.

Hope you don't mind, but about to go off on a rant.
I'm selling off some of my Dad's old records whihc he doesn't want anymore. 3 of the ones that have ended have all 'sold' to people abroad. 2 have no feedback and 1 has 8 feedback score. 2 of the records (1 with feedback of 8 and other with 0), have gone for way above what they should have. Both are worth about £50, but one has gone for £130 the other £205 :mad:.
Anyway a friend who has sold records before has said that there are people who run the bids up and then not pay.
So got horrible feeling this has happened. Will have to wait about a week before I will offer under bidders a chance.
    Still annoying though.

    Right thanks for the rant.

Unfortunately this is a well known ploy - I know someone who is also selling a record collection and has had similar happen.

Another scam is somebody 'buys' a record then returns it - but has actually substituted the same record (scratched) and gets a refund. Ebay does little to protect sellers and nearly always sides with buyers - can you tell I am p'd off with ebay

I too got home and found I had a letter from a2 thanking me for my feedback and £1 coupon enclosed. Never given then any feedback but loved using the £1 coupons for their milk. Not sure it tastes as nice to drink straight from a glass but fine on cereal. Not sure how it is different to normal milk must have a look on their website. Just watching watchdog to see if I can learn any more ms tips!

I'm intrigued by the talk of this fasting diet. I've never dieted as such, but I'm feeling like a bit of a bloater at the moment, so think I'm going to read up on it as well and maybe give it a bash, doesn't sound too complicated from what I can gather. Thanks for bringing it to my attention :)

Hi the countries are Mexico, Malaysia and Japan.
Have sold abroad before, and been ok. Luckily if they do pay, I send it recorded.

Ive had a few problems in the past with people saying the hadn't received things overseas and in some countries the tracking is dire or non-existent. I have also had foreign buyers wanting to pay by other methods than paypal, a known scam.

I hope they pay up and it all goes smoothly
