I can't drink coke or pepsi, the only fizzy thing I'll drink is ginger beer. I have drunk two bottles of coke on the bounce once, after travelling across Rhodes to get to a golf course! Took 4 hours because we took the moped up across the mountains and it wouldn't go with both of us on it, I had to walk up the worst uphill parts! Just when we were at a flat point we stopped for a break and got moved on by machine gun weilding Greek army men. By the time we finally got to the golf course we NEEDED a good drink and coke was the only thing available. Fortunately it didn't touch the sides!

Make a pot of home made soup of vegetables and some shredded chicken using all 500 calories, should last the day.

Or 3 jacket spuds, 1 for each meal, topped with 1/3rd can of baked beans followed by a piece of fruit.

Or 2 wheetabix, 1 banana, 1 slice toast with baked beans , 1 large salad with celery and some cottage cheese.

Thank you so much to the lovely EMILY RACHEL, the adorable SILVERHAIRGRANNY and the charming TIGERWHITE for the replies and pm's. I am now inspired and I will start my new look diet next week. At least I now know what you guys have on your fast days so I can kind of follow suit.

Thanks also to the wonderful DAVID for the information on the laptops, I will look into it carefully tomorrow.

Hope everyone has had a good day. I think I am going to go stand out in the rain. :D
