You guys are truly awesome :) Been catching up a couple of weeks worth. Genuine admiration for the ebb and flow of the thread - especially when glitches are thin on the ground.

Enough elephants in the room to keep Hannibal happy and eggshells abound - yet harmony reigns and diplomats abound - I think I would be beating a tactical retreat :)

    Great bunch of peeps xx

Now, where's nikki and one of her globals :)

    Our very own liquid gold:)

I spoke too soon, had to dash to get washing in, how can it be sunny and rain at the same time. Now it's black clouds looming front of house and blue sky at back. Weather forecasts today getting it so wrong.

Mr TS checked it at 9am, rode his bike to work in white shirt, which is now very very dirty, looks like he has been rolling in the dirt.

How are other people cooking their gammon?

I just boil and then simmer the gammon for about 30 mins per lb in Any variation of Coke. I have used own brand coke, diet coke and most recently Pepsi Max. I then drain it and score the skin and rub in a mixture of dijon mustard and honey. Bake off for about 20 mins in a about 160degrees or Gas Mark 4. Some people peel off the skin after boiling and score the fat on the outside and rub in mustard honey mixture. I left skin on cause Mum likes it. HTH

FC, did you manage to get anything at ex Netto? By jove, the sweet onion sauce tastes vile! Not sure whether to open the other varieties or take them all back?

    Talking about vile.

Anyone tried the Yum with peppercorn:(

Thats great news aau worth taking you off ignore for ;) as you say may well be time to have a look around before another cut comes or she might be lucky and someone else may jump ship first.
Taking the pressure of those that are left, I suppose it all depends why they are needing to cut hours.

    Anyway good news :T:T
