Absolutely amazing, 14 days today since her surgery and she looks as good as new. She had her aorta valve replaced in her heart so is cut from her neck to almost her navel. Its a long recovery time for this op, 6 - 12 months. :(
An 80 year old that is up dressed every day and sitting playing card games on her galaxy tab:rotfl:
She was moved earlier this week to the cottage hospital so a 45 mile round trip instead of 140 miles.
Many thanks for asking Claire. x

Oh that is good news! Im glad she's making a speedy recovery. It must be alot less stressful for you having her a more manageable distance away as well.

:rotfl::rotfl: at her galaxy tab. Bless her :A

Did have to laugh at other 250ml S&Gentles being 91p each - a "Savvy Buy"! - on msm.co.uk for Sainsbob. There's obviously no better offer to be found!!:rotfl::rotfl::D

Don't confuse what are called "Savvy Buys" on msm, with what I'd actually buy or suggest buying! Mine are far more savvy nowadays! So much I checked the "savvy" buys for Sains. on msm - and put about only one of them into Avs S. They are a good first starting point for the competitor list - but increasingly I have seen better options than the expensive prices on these so-called "Savvy" buys.
