What was I going to say earlier (around lunchtime)? Oh - that the last thread quickly moved and ended, that I was going to quote and respond to an earlier DM post about a new name that was being suggested - thanks for someone storing that for use next time, and that I'd thought up a new name to use if necessary. I think DM said he'd opened the Christmas thread before, but I was about to say I'd opened two or three threads and that didn't seem to stop me! So I'm glad, Snap, you've opened one and that there's at least two new names kicking around now for future ones (mine though partially complete and requiring a little bit more of thought - you all moved onto a new thread before I could complete that thinking!!:D - so thought put on hold now, at least another thread beyond this one with a ready name, and later later, four times a new thread from me, I won't be stopped!!:D, so DM no limit! - I think we all take it in turns and no-one should be allowed to dominate!)

[Take a breath!:rotfl::rotfl:] Was going to amend my lunchtime post but no need now... it just flows out and flows.

(And gets a v. quick thank you from fairclaire - she liked that!)

Thank you for working that out Savvy. I didn't have a clue :o

Thank you also for the other observations :D(1) I had DS2 with me so a few things on this are what he decided were going in the trolley!.....notice the cheeky little Lego mini figure that didnt make an appearance until the checkout :D(2) Cathedral city simply because my last glitchy As CC is almost done and I needed cheese. I could only get to one supermarket today and Ts was a better choice for my other shop which I used loads of coupons on.

    (1) He should be shown the comps and not put the cheaper stuff in or you shouldn't take him shopping with you and let him take control! (I know this might not be available in practice.)

    (2) I already knew as much!:D

Many thanks Snap for the new thread, wonder how many we have had now?

Same old same old with this shop, but the butter was a bonus.

    Why £4.17?

    1 x Soft & Gentle Body Responsive Antiperspirant Deodo... £1.50 £0.20 (vs T):A

Comparison total (compared products only) £11.94 £8.64

Sorry for rudely interrupting on your shop:)! And dissecting it apart - may also be, if in Northern Ireland, vs M comps. not avail. I'm sure I am forgivable - by others:rotfl: - for the useful info. my defacement of your comparison gives!:D Call me a raging vandal - tearing things apart - and sometimes making everyone better out of them (and my oblique angle from which I often come in)!!

Of course it may be the M price hasn't been picked up on APG - I don't know whether returning N/A - in that context, N/A, it may be better to glitch vs someone else than M (T may be best option if M N/A on a glitched comp. on the item in question), would need to know whether M prices are coming up rightly.

Thanks for the nice comments in the old thread about my title suggestion guys. It took me a while to think up and by then a new thread had already been created :)

I also didn't want to start one up as I'm still a newbie really and didn't want to tread on any toes! Anyway, glad you liked it and thank you to Snap-ant for this shiny new area.

Thanks Savvy, this may well help someone else too, the Kiplings were not really in it for comparison, just to take into hospital for Mum, I only paid £6.78 for an £18+ shop, so really pleased, may well get some more butter this week at that price.
P.S. Not even a little bitty offended, Scotland btw, not NI. :)
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
