Do new free 12 month line rentals become available at the start of each month?

Hi

I've been doing a bit of trawling for a new mobile contract with free line rental for 12 months etc on a 12 month deal.

Been reading a lot of tales of woe regarding various companies, but was just wondering if they offer new deals at the start of each month?

Was wishing to get a Sony Ericsson K800i from phoneboxdirect, but its been removed. Only one I can find just now is mobile outlet (and they seem to have a lot of unhappy bunnies), so I'm straying away from them at the mo!

e2save used to have their new offers released at the beginning of the month.

Now it seems pretty random.

It's more related to monthly / quarterly sales targets and if they'll hit them.

If they have to get xxx new contracts by the end of a month / quarter they'll put the deals up usually a few weeks before they have to hit the target, (as it has to be seen by the punter, taken up and processed through) and pull them when they have the right number to hit there target.

Of course you and I have no way of knowing if these places deal with the phone co's on a monthly or quartrely (or yearly basis) and if it's a month end or a set date in the month.
