Motion detection boiler control?

Hi,

I am sharing my house with other 3 people.

And all of us have different schedule every day.

There is a gas central heating fitted with old style thermostat control.

My question is: Is there any boiler controller can perform motion detection?

not that i know of but why on earth would you want the boiler to switch on if someone gets up to use the loo

a modern programmer would allow you to set upto three different times per day

How useless is a motion sensor?

Doesnt tell if the house is cold....
and then heating wouldnt come on til someone comes home!
