Torbay is Torquay, Paignton and Brixham and Torbay Hospital is the Hospital for Torbay. Torbay is an area similar to a county but smaller.0

Yes, I know that now but arriving late at Exeter after a long drive, trying to find Torbay on the maps we had! IMPOSSIBLE Why oh why don't people who name places like this consider non locals like we were????
Oh as for parking, we parked at the entrance, not blocking anything and would not have paid if they tried to fine us!0
