Does anyone have the same hassle I am having with Euphony? Finished with them last year, now with all-in-one provider, but keep getting demands for non-existant freephone service from Euphony. Have had a number of assurances that no bill is outstanding but the bills/letters keep coming. Customer services phone number is no good as no-one ever speaks to you on it. They now say that my details will be placed with Experian, which I definitely do not want. How can I stop them??

I have had nothing but trouble with Euphony since I switched to them. They took two months to switch me over and managed to send me a bill for £94 before I was even connected due to their system thinking I had cancelled (£94 bears no relation to the cost of the minimum 18 month contract). After promising this would not be taken from my bank, two months later it was!
I have several bills that have not arrived and the ones that have seem to be a collection of random numbers (unexplained account adjustments, negative VAT figures?)
When you try and phone them you always have to wait a long time(if it’s not engaged), often they just cut you off after waiting for 5 mins (at least it’s a normal number so free), when you do get through their systems are often down, they never phone back when they promise, they have told me conflicting stories on more than one occasion and have promised me goodwill gestures which have not materialised.
In short their customer service and billing systems are appalling and I would recommend steering clear of Euphony0 -
I have been using Euphony for some time now and I have to say I have never experienced these problems, when I have phoned my call has been picked up pretty quickly.
As someone else mentioned can you speak to the consultant who signed you up possibly.0 -

Are you by any chance one of their consultants? 3 mentions in 5 posts.:D0 -
I phoned yesterday around 30 times. About 20 times it was engaged, 6 times I got through their menu and then got a message they were too busy and cut off, 3 times I was on hold for 10-15 mins before giving up and finally got through after a 20 min wait.
This time the advisor did actually phone me back after investigating and hopefully my bill will be sorted however I have been told time several times before and we will see if it actually happens.
All the advisors and supervisors I have spoken to recently admit that their new billing system (installed in December) is a shambles. When I asked for a corrected bill to be sent I was told that there would be little point as at the moment virtually every bill they are sending out is incorrect (or at least has unexplained entries on it even if the final amount is correct).
Finally yes I have spoken to the consultant but they do not have access to the billing system so everything has to be relayed to their call centre anyway.0
