Blimey! Wish I had known that before I started the process as I might well have had second thoughts.
I have rung the local branch today to see if the transfer has happened but guess what?
Will give them another week and then write a nice letter!!0 -

Hi there,
I'm afraid you're not the only one having this problem. Most of the providers struggle to process a re-registration transfer in less than a month. It's just depressing how middle-aged some parts of the industry are, considering the technology around.
Cash transfers are usually being dealt with much quicker. If you are unhappy with their service, feel free to file a formal complaint - it usually speed things up.
