Flight Cancelled then new flight delayed by 9 hours

Hi there,

I was hoping somebody could provide some advice who has has a similar experience?

I am drafting my letter to Monarch and my original flight fron Luxor was cancelled and rescheduled for 16 hours later. The rescheduled flight was then delayed by 9 hours, are we able to claim two lots of compensation or just one?

If two, should I include both in the one letter or send two seperate ones?

You will also need to be clear whether you are claiming for a cancelled flight or a delay

You mention the flight was cancelled - was the flight that you were transferred to always planned to be operating. Or was your flight delayed and the new time was 16 hours after the original time?
