I would like to know what the forum thinks of creating another sticky or even a sub-forum, relating to members experience of flight compensation claims management companies.

I think it would be usefull to put it all in one place, where members could say:

• how their claim arose
• what the airline said when approached regarding compensation
• how much compensation do they think was due
• what the claims management company promised
• what the outcome was (how much money was paid)
• what fees/comission were charged (any difference from what was promised)
• their opinion of process and the claims management company
• anything else useful

Ideally there should be some level of scrutiny taking place to prevent claims management companies posting false success stories. Not sure how to achieve this, perhaps a moderator could comment.

Do I take it from the absence of replies that this is a non-starter, or have I missed something elsewhere in another thread that has already discussed this?

I'm not sure there's enough people going through NWNF firms to merit it Pete.
But you haven't missed anything on another thread. Not specifically anyway.
