npower hometeam please do not waste your time or money
I took out a central heating cover policy with this bunch of charlatones back in feb this year. it was supposed to come with a boiler service, 30 days later no call from npower to make a appointment to have this done,so I rang them to arrange for this to be done. appointment made for may 1st surprise surprise a no show by their engineer, despite me calling them that morning to make sure I wasn't wasting my day. npower apologise they are very good at appolgiseing they then re arrang the service for today am,guess what another no show, no call to say they couldn't make it just leave you sitting there.
SO HAVE NOW CANCELLED THIS TOTALY RUBISH SERVICE
SI IF YOUR THINKING OF BOILER COVER MAY I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE

Well in contracts like this the most vunerable are priority, and sometimes this means appts may have to be recheduled.
Im sure that if you, me or citykid, was an old person, with no heat and no hot water, we know we would get priority?Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
