Under the public interest disclosure act I wouldn't be breaking the law in relation to the recordings that have been passed to me.
What you may have are some recordings of individual cases, however that in itself doesn't show a conspiracy to mis-sell by the company. More likely, you have evidence of particular agent(s) doing what you're saying for their personal gain.Ex BG complaints veteran of 6 years!0 -

i have been, and i believe from what you posted OFGEM have knocked you back already.
TZU, an agent mis selling isnt a conspiracy.
What you need here is proof at a management or even a training level, that there is 100% missell going on.
I dont believe this for a minute.....
If your so convinced in your evidence go to the BBC or Sky? They love getting the digs into the energy companies...
SO i will watch this space, and i dont envisage a grand finale....Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
I also worked for British Gas and the pressure to mis-sell is constant, as I assume it is in any target led sales environment. The usual con is telling people that British Gas don't charge a standing charge (which covers the admin costs of actually supplying a property), inferring that they will pay less per year if they switch to BG. But the £100 standing charge they may pay with their present supplier is hidden within The BG pricing structure. And only people who use no gas can ever benefit from a 'no standing charge' tariff.0

Moot now but plenty of very low users can benefit from paying tier 1 only prices on all their gas. Plus they have the flexibility of not being frightened to turn the gas on when necessary.0 -

This must have been some time ago, BG changed away from no standing charge tariffs 14 months ago
