problem with isp - aol

Hello everyone,

I could use some advice on what I should do next, i'm reaching the end of my tether with AOL.

Basically I have made 20 plus telephone calls since Saturday to request my mac code as I wish to leave, on each occasion I am told they have system problems and are unable to make any changes to my account, today is the 6th day I have been calling and they are full of apologies but that's not getting me what I want.They aren't refusing to supply my mac code but are saying due to problems with their system they can't give it at this time.

Any advice on what I should do next as this is very frustrating.

    Contact them again explaining you are giving your 30 days notice of leaving - and require your MAC before the period expires. If this is not forthcoming, you require compensation equal to their service charge until they do.
