O2 don't charge and reportedly do this almost instantly.
Yes, I know someone who had O2 unlock his iphone and it was processed overnight, requested about 3pm, when he connected the phone to iTunes the following morning around 9am and it was unlocked.
T-Mobile/Orange like to take their time (which normally gets them an extra months line rental) and then blame Apple.====0 -
They tend to charge their customers more for other things though, so it balances itself out.0

I have now contacted watchdog, if enough do perhaps they will feature it.
