Hope this hasn't already been done. Can't see anything ...
My week runs Saturday- Friday
Freezer
S25 - [STRIKE]Moussaka[/STRIKE] as aubergines and mince to use up!

First time i have made this and really enjoyed it, although the sauce could do with a few additions and being thicker. Otherwise, would definitely repeat.
S26 - [STRIKE]Quorn Peppered steak[/STRIKE] with mash, green beans and carrots.
This turned out to be served with [STRIKE]sweet jacket potato and asparagus[/STRIKE], as i'd been out all day and forgot i had no carrots.
M27 - Cod with something or new recipe. This turned into [STRIKE]Beef in oyster sauce with rice[/STRIKE]

This will now be Wednesday's meal
T28 - Katsu curry with rice
Now Tuesday's meal as rice to use up in the fridge
W29 - Caribbean Pepperpot stew (Beef) with jacket potato
See Thursday, needed a veggie day
T30 - [STRIKE]Butterbean and Leek with orzo[/STRIKE]
See Wednesday

F31 - Sticky chilli Beef with egg noodles
Not sure if i'll have this now, due to having very similar earlier in the week
( This turned into [STRIKE]Ariabatta, meatballs and pasta[/STRIKE])

I don't know for certain what day I am cooking what yet, so these are in no particular order (except that Saturday is always curry). This is unusual for me but it's because I don't yet know which day OH will have to work late and some of the meals won't reheat well, so can't have one of those on that day.
Sausage, mash and sweetcorn
Cheesy broccoli and pea pasta bake
Sticky Chinese pork with veg and rice
Prawn stirfry with noodles
Fajitas

Hello all! Always love reading your meal plans and glad to be getting back into it myself.
Came home last night to find my new room-mate making a meal entirely out of my things - including using up the last of a bag of rice that I had only gotten one serving out of grrr. hopefully he'll be replacing today, would have been very annoyed if I had been planning on having it with my tea.
Anyway, this week:
Trying to get a lot more veg in us as we ate badly on holiday.
Tonight - OH getting over a flu so spiced carrot and lentil soup with bread
Saturday - Teriyaki beef and veg stir fry with rice
Sunday - Out with friends
Monday - Saturday leftovers
Tuesday - Vegetable ragu on spaghetti
Wednesday - Mushroom quiche with Mediterranean salad
Thursday - Leftovers from Wednesday
Friday - potluck at our house, not sure what to contribute yet.
