Meal plans WB May 27th

Mon - Potatoes, cheese & baked beans.
Tues - Veggie lasagne & garlic bread.
Weds- Pollock fillets with parsley sauce, potatoes and green beans.
Thurs - Leftover veggie lasagne & garlic bread.
Fri - Hotdogs & corn on the cob.
Sat - Fried eggs, chips and beans.
Sun - Macaroni cheese.
Keeping it relatively simple this week. I've just come out of hospital after being ill for almost 3 weeks and still have a long way to recover, so the fiance will be doing the cooking instead of me. I will be supervising as he makes the lasagne - he doesn't really do much cooking from scratch as that's my department! lol.0 -

W - Salmon en croute (garlic & herb philly and spinach as the toppings ), new potatoes & veg
T - Spicy chicken & naan breads

S- BBQ at friends
S - Lazy supermarket pizzas
This week in no order
Butter pie (Hairy bikers Best of British recipe)
Sweet & sour pork, rice & prawn crackers
Rice wine beef noodles
Lemon chicken, spuds & broccolli
Bacon & courgette pasta
