Hotmail/Outlook - Contacts/Groups - help

Before Hotmail changed I could work quite easily with my contacts list, creating groups editing, adding and deleting. Now it has all changed and I cannot get all my contacts listed nor can I amend my groups.
Can anyone give me some help in how to do this now. I have tried to find a user friendly explanation on line to no avail.

- Choose 'People' from the main drop down option
- Select 'New' then 'Group'
- Enter group name
- Add members - only one at a time it seems
- I think essentially that's it
Once you have the group set up, members can be added and deleted.0
