If you ring up the company that you ordered it from then they should be able to trace it. I'd be very surprised if a company, certainly a big company, like o2 would use a courrier service that can trace a parcel especially an expensive one.

Either way, you never received so make a compliant and ask them to investigate it further, etc.

Yeah BBB hit the nail on the head. They should use a courier with tracking.

On Vodafone they give you a tracking number where you can type it in the couriers website to see which depot the package is at.

Just ring O2 up and ask, "you dont get if you dont ask".

    Hi,

They give you a trace number and website to check it on when you order contract phones. I got really worried about mine (Four phones) but it turned up 3 days later than o2 had promised

    Regards

Should still provide tracking, the littlewoods website says you can track orders, so customer service should be able to see whats happened.

Say that you're not willing to pay for it as you haven't received it.

I agree with jf2404, they should still have used a tracking company for their own benefit, or if they use their own van drivers - the van driver would have a signature to say it has been delivered at your address.

Ask to speak with a manager or someone if they start being funny. Either way ask them to investigate it further by contacting their van drivers (if they use their own) or the company they used for delivery as it has been lost/stolen, etc.

    Sorry to be blunt!!

If you have not received it, why pay??

Challenge them to provide proof of receipt or refuse to pay for the phone and let them take you to court. When you get to court your defence is that you have not received it, they cant trace it and you refuse to pay for somthing you have not received.

As for tracing the handset, the big mobile companies find it extremley easy to locate where a mobile is being used.
