Fed up!!!

I filled out the forms from this site (thanks for that) after an unsuccessful claim from Thomas Cook last September. The flight which was delayed for 3 and a quarter hours, I claimed for 5 of us.. so I sent forms on to CAA and that was December 2012.Heard nothing and rang at the end of January, they told me they were very busy.... I phoned again last week, they have told me to phone again at the end of the month, they are snowed under...loosing hope...:-(

I Feel your pain Robbie, Im afraid its just a waiting game with CAA or go to court whist awaiting there response!

I'm surprised you had any hope in the first place. What made you think that the CAA were going to help you any time soon?

As has been said so many times on this forum, there is only one way to get your compensation if the airline decide to play silly !!!!!!s - and that's not by going to the CAA.

If you don't want to start legal action yourself, approach a no win no fee company, and if you don't want to do that, then walk away and get on with your life.
