That's ok get info from ndl, get your defence in, get it moved to your local court and get your witness statement in at least 7 days before the hearing (this is your account of events but we can sort that later)

Just thought I'd update this thread.
Long and the short, we WON!
Welcome Finance admitted that they had made a mistake, honoured our original verbal agreement and actually sent us a REFUND!!
IND have sent us and the courts a letter of discontinuation.

This took a long long time, we spoke to several different legal people who all advised us to just put it all in writing as the defence and it wasn't worth them taking it as a case because basically it was a string of obvious mistakes by Welcome. After going to court and IND claiming they hadn't received our defence and actually reading it they asked for the case to be delayed and tried to build a new case, in the meantime Welcome admitted they were at fault and that the signatures did not match.
Thanks goodness its over and they are out of our lives forever, moral of the story...don't bother getting anything from Welcome Finance..
