Note that you can show the "To" in your Inbox listing.

If you currently have the Inbox listing on screen, from the menu choose View/Columns.. - this brings up a list of all columns you can show in the "list view". Tick the "To" box near the bottom, click Ok, and you'll be able to see who each email was addressed to (you'll probably have to scroll right).

Thanks a lot, I have done that.

It seems to be working brilliantly, the only emails coming in are the good ones addressed to my actual email address and all of the junk is just staying at the server and not even coming into my newly set up spam folder - good result, thanks very much.

May I ask you just one more thing please, sorry to be a pain.

When I click on the message rules and then mail to try and change the put junk in spam folder to delete at server, it just gives me all the boxes blank as if there isn't a rule set up!! Can't understand this, do you have any ideas?

Did as you suggested and went back into message rules to get the messages deleted from the server. I haven't actually got a message that states delete from server, just says delete it! Also this is the third option down and not the bottom one, which is forward it to people. Have clicked the delete it option to see what happens.
