T-Mobile not responding to complaint

After a VERY long attempt to get an old T-Mobile mobile phone unlocked, I have made two written complaints to T-Mobile, the 2nd one I sent "Signed for", so I know it has got there. They no longer owe me any money, having refunded the unlocking charge, but my phone is still locked and I have spent hours (if not days) onto their (non) customer service centre. The complaint letters have not even been acknowledged. Is there anything that I can do? I have given up being able to get the phone unlocked....but........

what phone is it? Some phones you can unlock yourself and many others can be unlocked for a fiver on eBay.

It's a Sony Ericsson k750i, which I think is not one of those that can be easily unlocked. They did send two unlock codes, which didn't work (and one of them T-Mobile made me try again) - so now I think there are only 2 attempts left!

They do advise in the letter you receive that they can not guarantee that the code will work and that if it does not they will refund your money paid.

Well, no such disclaimer were in the emails I received with the unlock code.....and as I said in my original post, I have given up being able to get the phone unlocked - that really would be a bonus now (I started this early Sept last year!). What I object to is not having my letters of complaint acknowledged, let alone responded to. Surely this cannot be right?
