Broadband Providers dispute

Hi,can anyone give me some advice please. I changed broadband provider earlier this year from Talk Talk to Time Talk, this in itself was an absolute nightmare !. Time Talk said they would speak to Talk Talk and settle any charges or contract termination charges. I am now receiving demand letters from Talk Talk's Solicitors. I have spoke to Time Talk, yet again, who now tell me that they don't actually pay the charges they put a credit on my Time Talk account meaning I still have to pay Talk Talk bill. I am hoping to come to some arrangement to pay them monthly !!. Any advice at all would be great. Thanks.

Pay what you owe to talk talk without delay, and claim the money back from time talk.
Did you obtain a MAC from TT and give it to Time T before the transfer?That gum you like is coming back in style.0
