Big surprise, e2save have same sort of t&c as osps price match!!! so looks like cpw group adopting more strict terms.

can I ask whether you automatically receive paper bills with this tariff (which I presume is a CPW O2 tariff as opposed to an O2 tariff) or do you need to request this?

Anyone who has experience of CPW O2 tariffs may be able to shed some light on this.

by default its paper billing, but if u register on the mycarphonewarehouse site then it changes to online.

where does it say fully itemised bills? i would send the full bill but was going to cancel the 99p itemised billing charge.

Cash Back Claims
Cash back claims are available to customers by redemption that subscribe to a brand new 12, 18, or 24 month service agreement where all payments are up to date and paid in full. Cash backs are claimed by sending us the original claim form, correctly completed. We send this to you by email when you purchase your handset. Along with the claim form, send us the original airtime bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff. You receive this by post from your network operator.
