i wonder what the outcome would be if someone had held the windfall shares right up until this point...with ups, downs, and dividend payment applied:think:
    i loved those windfall days:lovethoug:D

    I am that man.

I even bought some more during the windfall period. But I have been known to curse SL because of their rapid decline every now and then.

Keeping my fingers crossed that my tiny shareholding does come good next year. :T

We got the windfall shares & a few more on the open market. All divs have been re-invested and as of today the return has been 269%.

i sold out at around their first decent peak, and then reinvested in other companies...HSBC, i think, at the time.

I have some shares in SL, if they are likely to go @£5, should I buy more? They seem to be hovering @£4 at the mommnet

    Thanks

At todays rates our shareholding has increased 48.67 % from when we were issued the windfall and purchased the additional shares.

Hopefully will be better when the bonus divvy is paid and Canada sale impact is felt.

If they go to £5 it'll be because that's what the stockmarket believes they're worth at that time. Where they'll go after that no-one will know for sure...it's all about opinion, confidence, supply & demand, global/UK outlook etc etc.

If they fell to £3 would you sell ?
